Under the increasingly demanding market requirements, LED special-shaped displays pay more attention to structural breakthrough, and prefer customers with special requirements and various occasions. However, for long time before, LED special-shaped screens were all assembled or wrapped by traditional rectangular plane modules. The common LED special-shaped screen are arc screens with large radian and plane circular screen. When the curvature of the display screen is very small and the display form is more complicated, it can’t solve the problems of patchwork and flatness, resulting in inconsistent display and mosaic of the overall effect of the display screen is not good. To solve this problem, we developed the LED flexible module for specially LED projects, and many advantages are beyond the ordinary curved display screen.
The flexible LED modules are different from the traditional modules. The traditional PCB board is made of glass fiber material, while the flexible module is equipped with high-strength locking and linking devices and the PCB board made of flexible insulating substrate. And the mask and the bottom shell are made of silica gel, which has high-strength compression resistance and anti-twisting ability, and can perfectly solve the installation problems of various complex shapes.
Most of the installation methods are front maintenance and magnet installation is the main one. The installation method of “ one-step installation” is adopted, that is,at first, the customization of the shape is completed according to the customer’s requirements, and then the magnet can be directly absorbed to realize one-step installation. The installation method of magnetic attraction is a simple as that of the conventional indoor screen, and the cabinet connected by quick butt joint, which is firm and reliable, time-saving and labor-saving.
